Christ calls upon us to have Faith as strong as a mustard seed; a Faith that is able to uproot anything else within us that competes with the Faith in Him.

The call of the Christian Life is to become people who trust God more deeply and live more faithfully.

The answer at times is just to wait for the Lord to act in our life.

As the early Church grew and appointed new servants to care for the faithful (Acts 6:1–7), we reflect on the similar growth at St. Athanasios and the need for more faithful laborers. Christ’s words remind us that the harvest is plentiful, and each of us is called to step forward in service to meet the needs of a growing Church.
