With so many competing demands for our time and attention, what is the role of Sunday within the life of an Orthodox Christian?

While Orthodoxy has often seen the Church and State working hand-in-hand, we must remember that "our citizenship is in heaven" (Philippians 3:20).

The contemporary economy and advertising business is built on promising to fulfill our desires, while knowingly leaving us wanting more. Christ himself is what satisfies our hearts.
